I bought a car from Kyle Price at the end of the summer and forgot to leave a review. But I just went back to get a second car key and received great service AGAIN, so I was reminded to finally write something. The day I bought my car I walked in and was welcomed by Kyle who was super nice and down-to-earth and not pushy in the least. It was an easy purchase because the exact used car I was looking for was on the lot, so it was kind of a no-brainer. But it was the end of the day and even though there was tons of paperwork for the purchase and the loan, new plates, insurance, etc., the process was so incredibly smooth and I left my old car and drove out with my new one within a couple of hours. It honestly was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I had to email Kyle for a couple of things since and he was always very responsive and super nice. I just had to go back to get a second key made and some minor work (like a new brake light) and that was also a very nice experience. Everyone I've encountered at the dealership has been incredibly friendly and willing to work with me. I would highly recommend them and particularly Kyle.
See Mario Gonzalez he will take good care of you
I’ve been a customer of Riverhead Nissan for decades. Yes, decades. Always have had excellent service and professional staff. I’d highly recommend to anyone. Sales staff is friendly. No bait and switch nonsense. Service department is thorough and very professional. I’ve dealt with Donna Harrison at the service desk since the early 90’s. She explains everything and is very professional. I’ve sent numerous family and friends to Riverhead Nissan and they’ve been treated well. Highly recommended.
I went with a friend who wanted to buy a used car. We received great customer service from the time we entered the door. The manager attended us immediately and Kyle Price was our salesman. Kyle gave us great service, he is very professional and courteous. The problem was with the finance guy. He was rude and unprofessional. The bank was offering a rate of 9.99% interest, which is high.Such a high rate is understandable due to the short credit history of the client. My friend decided not to take the finance and not buy the car. That is when this guy got mad at him. He became insistent and we felt pressured to make a purchase. The finance guy went through all the finance options and we felt that none were appropriate. We are not obligated to purchase anything and after that treatment it becomes difficult to accept any offer. The rapport but built by Kyle was destroyed by the finance rep. Here's are some of his remarks addressed to us:" What you were expecting when you came here, a free car?"" You think that you are smarter than the rest"" Next time tell the salesman what your expectations are before making the finance people lose their time"Still I would buy when this guy is not around.
