Service advisor Donna Harrison was extremely helpful and very thorough. She explained everything very well and was very accommodating in helping me decide what repairs to make to my Nissan maxima. She Was very polite and nice to deal with.

My vehicle was mostly serviced at Nissan 112 in Medford, Long Island. EVERY service visit resulted in damage from small scratches on the interior door panels (requiring replacements) to the exterior door and a huge scratch next to the hood (required professional dulling out and scratch can still be seen to this day). I will no longer be using 112. Riverhead Nissan treats the vehicle with care and does NOT damage my $46k purchase. Seats, mats, and steering wheel are covered to protect from grease and dirt and no scratches on the exterior. I would have given five stars but only half the service staff wears masks and I could die.
Great customer service and I would bring my car to them anytime I need service! They’re the best and treat you with respect and they know what they are doing, which means a lot in maintaining your vehicle.
