Without a doubt, Nissan Service Department, located in Riverhead is the finest example of "Customer Service" I have ever found. Their talents and knowledge of superior quality care for their customers and their vehicles is stellar. Best of all, you don't need to driving a Nissan to have all the benefits they provide. As a female Senior Citizen, I can vouch for their honesty, integrity and excellent manners - no bill padding, no unnecessary additional work orders and whether you are there for a vehicle inspection, or routine service check - every detail of the Service is explained in detail at checkout. Possible future needs are also disclosed - it's worth a trip from anywhere on Long Island.

After being a loyal Toyota for better than 18 years, I was totally screwed by both sales and management in trying to get another new car. Riverhead Nissan was super with the sales and attention they afforded me in getting a new car. Within 2 days they had me set up with my brand new Altima.
