Riverhead Nissan customer service is excellent I am treated with respect and courtesy from their service team I highly recommend this dealership
I went with a friend who wanted to buy a used car. We received great customer service from the time we entered the door. The manager attended us immediately and Kyle Price was our salesman. Kyle gave us great service, he is very professional and courteous.The problem was with the finance guy. He was rude and unprofessional. The bank was offering a rate of 9.99% interest,which is high.Such a high rate is understandable due to the short credit history of the client. My friend decided not to take the finance and not buy the car. That is when this guy got mad at him. He became insistent and we felt pressured to make a purchase.The finance guy went through all the finance options and we felt that none were appropriate. We are not obligated to purchase anything and after that treatment it becomes difficult to accept any offer. The rapport but built by Kyle was destroyed by the finance rep.Here's are some of his remarks addressed to us:" What you were expecting when you came here, a free car?"" You think that you are smarter than the rest"" Next time tell the salesman what your expectations are before making the finance people lose their time"Still I would buy when this guy is not around.
I have had my cars service here at Riverhead Nissan ( Riverhead Auto Mall) since 1994. I have recommended their service to many friends.
Very friendly and helpful staff in all departments. Hector leased us our vehicle last year and greets us like old friends each time we go back for service. Donna in the service department is also super friendly and honest, they don’t try to get you to do extra service that your car doesn’t need. I’d definitely recommend Riverhead Nissan.
