Salesmen was friendly. Wasn’t thrilled with the difference between advertised internet price and actual cash price, but what can you do. The truck is beautiful, and I love it. Process went smooth and went in at 9am drove home by 1230pm. I would recommend dealing with this dealer going forward.

One of the cleanest and comfortable dealers I ever visited. Staff was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. I expected long, long waiting time for repair, however to my surprise I immediately entered the garage and repair was done in less than 1 hour. I also needed a part ordered and it was delivered and installed the very next day. Great service. Highly recommended.

Just bought a Nissan Rogue from Riverhead Hyundai Nissan and the service received was amazing! The manager Tom Maiorini was honestly one the best car dealership managers I have ever encountered! The sales guy Jacob was great he explained and showed us everything in the car and Kyle in finance was fantastic and got us a great deal ! I highly recommend this dealership as one of your first stops if you are looking for a Hyundai or Nissan!

He made sure everything was taken care of, and made sure as well as the other employees that worked the service area that morning that everything was fixed and safe to drive of before I left.. not to mention a great vacuum job on my floor mats.. will def. We had a problem with the rear lift door. It would not open. The Riverhead service team diagnosed and fixed the door to our great satisfaction. I came in for an airbag recall on my 2006 Nissan Xtrea. The team was welcoming and kind. Donna was extremely helpful in setting me up with Frank who was very informative and patient with my gazillion questions about possibly leasing a newer Nissan. He was truthful and gave me great advice on what I should be working on in the upcoming months.
Donna and the team at Riverhead Nissan service has always done an amazing job for me. We had a major transmission issue with our Armada. Donna got me into a rental Armada the same day and she communicated with me through the entire repair process. We got our car back and fully repaired in under a week. Excellent service and very courteous workers.. especially the one who drove me to Marshalls while car was being serviced n picked me up in a timely way to get me back to Nissan when car was ready! I recently had open heart surgery and as a 79yr old widow, that kind of help really means so much!

A very positive experience. I had been to the dealership for routing maintenance two days prior and to my surprise, I tried to start my car on Monday and it wouldn't start. Although it was a challenge to get someone on the day before Independence Day, as I'm sure they were very busy, Manager Ken and the Nissan techs (I think Jon and Stephen) went above and beyond to find out the issue!

I have a 2017 Titan and brought it in for service with 99k on it. It needed a tune up, oil change, fuel injection cleaning etc. I also wanted an issue looked at for when I drive it..(i love this truck). So I dropped it off and the service department did its thing.

They always explain the charges and tell you clearly what was done. i waited this time , took about one hour and ten minutes.

From the time we met our sales rep. Tony Hill, the experience was a no pressure sales approach. Our car was not available when we first met Tony, did not pressure us into anything else and called us when the dealership had what we wanted. Transaction went very well and the car was ready when promised. This is our 4th. purchase from this dealership
